• Once a paid service is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if the ad receives no responses.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A technical error occurred on our platform

• A duplicate charge was made due to a system issue

Any refund decision is at the sole discretion of Pitara.ca.

3. Removed Ads

• If an ad is removed for violating our Terms or Posting Rules, no refund will be issued.

• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance before posting.

4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or plans at any time without notice.
